 Great instructions provided ahead of stay and at the place full of info and recommendations. Spotlessly clean apartment. Nice touch with some snacks provided! It rained for the entirety of our stay which meant we couldn’t utilise the outdoor decking area which looked lovely! The apartment got quite warm so recommend opening doors/windows when sleeping.

We had a great stay in this apartment which was lovely and clean and well-located next to the Central Gardens.

The host was super responsive, check-in instructions were very clear and the apartment was absolutely perfect with the added bonus of a beautiful patio area. Would not hesitate to recommend both the host and the apartment.

 Had a lovely stay in the flat- was perfect with our toddler. Close to the shops and very walkable down to the beach, nice local parks to explore as well. The flat was clean and had everything we needed with a simple check-in process - would stay again.

Perfect appartment, the furnishings are of extremly high standard. laminated instructions for all appliances. we had my 90 year old disabled mum with us. Kelly was very kind letting us change dates when mum broke her hip in May. Everything is on one level and very accesable. It is a great location to walk or drive to The sea front. Excellent stay.

Clean, pristine and quiet apartment, very modern furnishings too. Well done to Kelly and Mark - the hosts!!! The hosts have a clearly put-together guidelines folder which spells out all the -how-to-dos hence there was no need to seek help from them whilst staying in the apartment.

Everything was very organised and modern. The apartment is very cozy and peaceful as well as very comfortable.

Beautifully appointed apartment in a great location. Short walk to the local shops, town centre and beach, so much so that we hardly used our car for the duration of our stay. It was close enough to the hustle and bustle of Bournemouth, yet quiet and peaceful in the evenings.
The apartment was easy to find, check in was stress free, and once inside, it was clean and fresh. Rooms (and beds) were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms lacked for nothing, it's all set up for maximum comfort. Helpful instructions, ideas for things to do all thoughtfully put together in a folder. Our family felt right at home from the moment we stepped in.
The outdoor terrace is a massive plus point; fantastic for a morning coffee before a full day of activities, and to relax in the evenings after the day out.
Any questions we had were responded to swiftly and efficiently by the host.
It was a pleasure to bump into our host and have a nice chat. We would definitely use this property again in the future

From the moment we arrived, our stay in Bournemouth was nothing short of fantastic, thanks to this delightful Airbnb. Nestled in a charming neighborhood, the property boasted a picturesque setting that set the tone for a relaxing retreat.
The home itself was a delightful surprise. Beautifully decorated with a cozy but somehow also modern touch, it provided a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with all the necessities, plus some thoughtful extras that made our stay even more comfortable. We couldn’t have dreamt for more.
What really set this Airbnb apart was the host’s attention to detail and their warm hospitality. A true gem and a must for anyone visiting the area!

Kelly’s place was absolutely lovely. Very cozy apartment. I spent Christmas Day with my 90yr old Nan. Kelly was incredibly accommodating. The place was quite and only a 5 min walk to the centre of town. Would highly recommend.

Lovely property- everything is quite new. Kitchen fully equipped even with baby stuff. Cot comes with mattress which is amazing. Hosts are incredibly friendly, accomodating and responsive.

Excellent Flat, location, parking, host and felt like home!It was immaculate, easy to find, comfortable, the beds were comfy and bathrooms brand new!

Kelly is an excellent host. We stayed for 6 nights - me, my sister, and our 80 year old mum who has mobility problems. The accommodation looks exactly like the photos. The private decking space gave us lots of privacy and space. Kelly was so kind in offering any help or adjustments required for our mum - we didn’t need any, but it meant we didn’t need to worry about anything as it felt that she would be there to help.
Would highly recommend . 6 stars if I could.

Great stay in a convenient location. Near the center, beach and station.  Cozy and fully furnished. Nice garden terrace! Just like the pictures. Nice beds and always nice when there are 2 bathrooms.  Friendly and helpful hosts.Would highly recommend . 6 stars if I could.
